Trainings

Drone Pilot Training is now mandatory to fly ANY DRONE above a weight of 250 grams in India. Operating a drone without the mandatory certificate can result in heavy fines, confiscation of the drone you are operating and possibly even imprisonment. As a DGCA-approved Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO) we are authorised to issue your Drone/Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) upon completion of your training with us, which will allow you to fly your drone.

Indian Agriculture Drone market is projected to reach Rs.9,000 crore by 2025 and Rs.26,000 crore by 2030 (FICCI-EY 2022). India needs more than 3 lakh Drone pilots in the agricultural space by 2025 to serve the growing market needs.

1.Drone Pilot Training and Pesticide Application Techniques - 7 Days

Crop spraying is a difficult and time taking process for farmers. It involves covering extremely large spaces of land to ensure proper growth of crops. Crop spraying utilises many chemicals that pose dangers to human health with continuous exposure. Drone technology is a much safer alternative, incorporating ultrasonic, light detection and grounding lasers that offer relief to farmers via precision crop spraying that is five times faster than traditional crop spraying. Utilising state-of-the-art topographical scanning, agricultural drones dispense the optimal amount of fluid to ensure even coverage for proper crop growth without unnecessary waste. This course enables the trainee to learn these agricultural spraying techniques along with SOPs apart from regular DGCA drone pilot training. Preparing the formulations, selecting the appropriate nozzles for spraying, ensuring proper height and speed of operations are some of the critical components which drone spraying operator needs to follow. This course enables the trainee to practically understand and expertise the spraying operations of chemicals.

2. Drone Pilot Training - 5 Days

Drone pilot training is essential to get a Drone Pilot licence. This consists of Regulations of DGCA, Civil Aviation Requirements, Basic principles of flight, ATC procedures & Radio Telephony, Fixed wing operations and Aerodynamics (01 Class), Advantages/ Disadvantages of multirotor, Weather and meteorology, Drone equipment maintenance, Emergency identification and handling, Payload, installation and utilization, Image and video interpretation, Practical lessons in Lab, Flight simulator training, Practical flying with instructor and Solo Flying.

3. Pesticide Application Techniques - 2 Days

This course is designed for those who have a valid drone licence (RPC). The trained pilots to operate drones for spraying operations need to undergo this course to enable them to understand the basics of crop spraying.
